Practical QC for reliable export shipments
Our quality control is built around the things that matter to professional buyers: correct specifications, consistent dimensions, acceptable surface quality, and shipment readiness. We check before we ship, not after complaints.
Moisture content measured with pin and pinless meters. Target ranges verified per product type and destination climate. KD panels checked at 8–12%.
Thickness measured at multiple points per sheet. Length, width and diagonal checked. Tolerance targets agreed with buyer before production.
Face and back veneer inspected for open defects, splits, discoloration, overlap and repair quality. Film surface checked for adhesion and integrity.
Core gaps, overlaps, voids and lumps checked. Edge inspection for core visibility. Blockboard core strip alignment verified.
Glue bond tested (boiling test for WBP). Formaldehyde emission verified by test report (E1, E0, E0.5). MDI glue confirmed for OSB3.
FSC CoC certification maintained. FSC material tracked from purchase through production to shipment. FSC claims verified on invoices and documents.
Prepared for EU Deforestation Regulation compliance. Geographic coordinates, species information and due diligence documentation supported.
Export packing verified for handling and transport protection. Container loading checked for stability, bracing and moisture prevention.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and FSC documents checked for consistency before shipment.
