This panel is constructed with a pine blockboard core combined with HDF face and back layers, creating a balanced board that offers both mechanical strength and surface consistency. The pine core provides solid and stable internal structure, while the HDF outer layers improve surface smoothness and make the board more suitable for downstream processing.
Compared with traditional blockboard, this construction delivers a more uniform surface and better suitability for decorative or technical finishing. The internal structure can be adjusted according to the final application, including the choice of pine core grade, glue type, thickness, and board size.
▪ Top layer: HDF (smooth, dense surface)
▪ Core: Pine finger-jointed blockboard
▪ Bottom layer: HDF (balanced construction)
▪ Balanced structure reduces warping risk
▪ E0 — Ultra-low formaldehyde
▪ E1 — European standard
▪ MR — Moisture resistant
▪ Melamine — Upon request
